“You are hereby called to serve as a missionary for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. You are assigned to labor in the Washington Tacoma Mission. It is anticipated that you will serve for a period of 18 months.
“You should report to the Provo Missionary Training Center on Wednesday, April 29, 2015. You will prepare to preach the gospel in the English language….”
After months of jumping through hoops and a few weeks of waiting, my call finally came! To my delight, I was called to serve in the Washington Tacoma Mission, which was originally apart of my Dad’s mission and just above my boyfriend’s mission. The time for my departure couldn’t come soon enough!
